FAQ
-
where do you find creative inspiration?
It’s a little cliche, but honestly I find ways to be inspired everywhere. Mostly, I find the teams I lead and partner with most inspiring. From the strategists, marketers, to up-and-coming creatives I find their talents as motivation to always learn.
-
How would you describe your workstyle?
I believe creative is collaborative. In my experience as a Creative Director the past 10 years, I’ve found concepts only get stronger by having the right people in the room. I’ve been able to be independent, hands-on and create in addition to lead creatives with insight and strategy on concepts. There’s strength in the collective. Most successfully I work best in a cross-functional team, client facing, leading creative talents from start to finish.
-
Do you lead teams and mentor young talent?
Yes. I’ve had the opportunity to lead creative teams the past 10 years. I’ve led designers, writers, video editors, art directors, and sr. creatives through campaigns, brand re-launches, social activations and experiences.
-
do you design?
100%. I’m a designer by trade and am always looking to create with my hands. I’ve been leading teams for years and have found my design background to be key in making me a strategic mentor and colleague.
-
do you enjoy being on set?
Absolutely, on-set creative direction is where I started. As both a client and as an agency partner I love to be on set. Whether partnering with a director or photographer, the in-the-moment creative thinking that has to take place is unmatched.
-
what about experiences?
I’ve worked in exhibits (Exhibit Designer) and led creative production for experiences and events. From merchandise creation, spacial design, and pop-ups building for events and 3D spaces are in my wheelhouse.
